Close #86 (parent). Close #69, close #81, close #87 (subissues).

  • Added/tweaked information in cards in the information tab.
  • Added 'author' card in information section.
  • Added requested information about baseline and peer selection.
  • Added information tooltips to sidebar.

Redeployed.
