๐Ÿ“Œ How I Work

I approach personal and team projects by first assessing the project scope, considering budget and overall deadlines. Once I understand the big picture, I communicate with the team and departments to break the development into manageable chunks. During each sprint, I track milestones and backlogs, providing support wherever needed to ensure the product is delivered on time. I also act as a bridge to resolve conflicts or issues within the team or between departments, using a constructive and solution-focused approach.
