Ruby's How This Course Will Work: Add a Notebox about LaunchSchool's AI Chatbot

Because

LaunchSchool recently incorporated an AI chatbot for learning support into their platform. As we have emphasized before in our curriculum, generative AI should not be used while learning here and a notebox is added to remind learners about this.

This PR

• Add a notebox about how learners should not use LaunchSchool's AI chatbot
• Instead, they should ask a question in our Discord server
• Additionally, fix some indentation issue that causes the notebox to not render its heading correctly
