Initial release

This is the initial release. You can use the files attached here if you don't want to build the project yourself.

• The binary module to put in garrysmod/lua/bin on the server
• A pre-packaged .vsix file of the VSCode extension

The binary module provided only works on windows, linux and mac have not been tested yet
