We cannot build tiledbsoma-py for Python 3.12 on macOS until the AWS/S3 problem introduced in pyarrow 13 is resolved.

I purposefully didn't bump the build number. We don't need new binaries (though the new linux-64 p312 variant will upload a binary). This is simply to fix the nightlies.
