This PR enhances the homepage UI to make it more modern, clean, and visually consistent while keeping all existing functionality unchanged.

Changes Made

• Improved layout spacing and section alignment
• Refined typography for better readability and hierarchy
• Enhanced color balance and contrast
• Added subtle hover effects to buttons and cards
• Improved responsiveness for mobile and tablet views
