Thanks. Quite a change in the mults definition. I'll update .gitignore to avoid commiting them. |

Done. Yeah, the mults are all now in State-County form, and Connecticut "Counties" are now "County Equivalents" with different names. It's a long, dull story. |

Hey, folks:
This changes the New England QSO Party multiplier lists to follow the recently updated contest rules (https://neqp.org/neqp-county-abbreviations/). The contest is the first weekend of May. I ran the test as before, and it seems to work properly.
