Classify_galaxies_with_Unsupervised__Learning

Here you will find a compilation of different unsupervised & supervised learning techniques used for the classification of optical images of galaxies.

The techniques are:

  1. K-means
  2. Hierrarchical Clustering
  3. HDBSCAN
  4. Self-Organizing Maps
  5. Gausssian Mixture Models
  6. Convolutional Neural Network

The images were obtained from the Galaxy Zoo project, specifically from Galaxy Zoo 2 [1].
