Here you will find a compilation of different unsupervised & supervised learning techniques used for the classification of optical images of galaxies.
The techniques are:
- K-means
- Hierrarchical Clustering
- HDBSCAN
- Self-Organizing Maps
- Gausssian Mixture Models
- Convolutional Neural Network
The images were obtained from the Galaxy Zoo project, specifically from Galaxy Zoo 2 [1].
