SILKC v0.1

This is a first minimal installable and usable version. Installation guide provided in README.md.

The SILKC platform is meant to provide final users with an intelligent search for European training opportunities that will help them acquire the skills needed to land their dream job.

There are 4 user types/roles in this version:

• admin: manages the platform monitoring
• institution: registers training opportunities
• user: provides information about his/her work and training experience and search for training opportunities to get the skills needed to access his/her dream job
• recruiter: provides job opportunities based on skills and search for candidates

This version doesn't include:

• the Machine Learning processes yet. These will be included in a future release.
• interface translations.
