Update NAH.SH Nordbahn Akkunetz lines #93

This updates the lines of the Akkunetz "Nord" of NAH.SH, that Nordbahn took over from DB Regio in December 2023. I chose to delete the DB Regio versions of the lines, but we could also keep them for "backwards compatibility".

Changes in detail:

  • corrected Nordbahn operator code
  • changed operator code and line id for lines that Nordbahn took over
  • changed colors for RB64 and RE74, where Nordbahn decided to use new colors
  • changed colors for X85, which also somehow changed this year
