- Added Spell Scriptname helper
- Updated db2 definitions to Legion 7.3.5
- Updated few enum values based in EnumeratedStrings
- Updated ProcFlags, ProcFlags2, InterruptFlags, TargetTypes, PreventionType, ItemSubClassWeaponMask, ItemSubClassArmorMask, ItemSubClassMiscMask, CreatureTypeMask - Updated SpellEffectScalingEntry calls to values from SpellEffect
