Updated database to accept a priority on submission of the TODO form.
Added HTML element to handle priority input, with visual cue when user inputs an incorrect priority format. If user ignores visual cue, I've added strict blocks to keep user from adding non-integer-like input into the database for priority.
Added option to sort tasks by priority or by the order in which they were entered.
