feat(FN-3724): record correction request design iteration

Introduction ✏️

After user testing there are some changes needed to the record correction request journey.

Resolution ✔️

• Add cancel button to the record correction request form page
• Update cancel button on the record correction request check the info page to be red
• The text in the blue box on the record correction request form page needs to be in two columns not one and increased in font size
