Add warning about wifi dropping packets

Added a warning that WiFi may drop UDP packets, so people probably should use lab computers for this.

I also tidied up the section headings and TOC.

These could be sound files, videos, photos, or text files (things like lyrics). They've got the server up and running, but the kid that had prototyped the client software has moved away suddenly.
