## Upload files to an easy access directory

If you need to provide any files within your ticket, you either can upload them as an attachment inside the email or, in case they are too big to be attached, a new directory under `/cluster/work/support/` with your username can be created.
Then, copy all files to this new directory and please, remember to remove them when they are not relevant anymore (e.g the analysis is complete and the ticket is solved).

Creating a directory under `/cluster/work/support/` makes our job easier as this directory is easier to navigate than your own personal / project directory and will contain only relevant files to the issue being tackled.
