This is the first working iteration of #101, coordinated with UW-Macrostrat/macrostrat#10 and UW-Macrostrat/tileserver#27. It creates a paleogeologic map interface that is at least somewhat performant.
We need to add several things:
In addition, there are several outstanding issues that need to be addressed (e.g., Antarctica seems to be mostly missing across all models). Performance increases would be desirable if possible.
