Adds mentions of the possible need for an SSH key passphrase to be provided to the rsync-deployments action if one's SSH key was protected by a passphrase upon creation.
Also add an explicit direction to use the "New repository secret/variable" buttons as the GitHub Actions secrets/variables pages nowadays also contain environment secrets/variables and so there's a little bit of an ambiguity as to which kind to use.
