Payment & Trust Model

Dial-Experts uses Solana delegate approvals to enable secure pre-authorization without custody.

How Payments Work

1. User selects an expert and starts a call

2. The system checks and pre-authorizes funds for the maximum call duration

3. Funds remain in the user’s wallet (not held by Dial-Experts)

4. The call starts and a timer tracks duration

5. When the call ends:

   • The exact amount is charged per minute
   • Expert is paid instantly
   • Any unused funds remain untouched
