Implemented a simple and customizable sound notification system for click, and open/focused end session. Extended menu to include sound options such as enabled and disable sound (using bitmap). Updated readme and created a copy of the original igor script in a different folder.

Hi :) Following the roadmap in the original README I decided to add support for sound.
The sound is achieved adding a simple buzzer and using the built-in arduino C function tone()
These pull request includes:
The new sound system extends the existing system. The user can turn off /on the volume with the relative option. Sound plays when clicking and when a open/focused session ends - 3 different sounds in total.
All sounds and bitmap can be customized directly in the scripts.
