Initial Release

First release of code following development, student report submitted to examiners.
Release now synced to Zenodo for the generation of a DOI.
Overall documentation complete however no target to publish to CRAN at this moment in time.

Resolved issues
Please note, the code packaged moved repo while development was ongoing, therefore some issues are on the old repo

• old repo nr. 1 - moved libraries to a variable file
• old repo nr. 2 - utf characters appearing in imported data
• #2 - deduplication of imported spectra
• #3 - automated scanning of folder implemented in automate.R
• #5 - dplyr pipe function removed to allow R packaging
• #6 - documentation updated to match R packaging guidelines and adjusted various errors
