Summary

This PR updates the WIT TACAN position as per the information in MIL AMDT pg 154.

Details

As specified in the MIL AMDT (pg 154), the WIT TACAN position has been moved. This PR reflects that change in the Navaids/VOR_UK.txt file.

The changelog is explained in the style guide https://github.com/VATSIM-UK/UK-Sector-File/blob/main/.github/Style%20Guide.md#changelog - just edit and commit the file like any other.

It should be the file at .github/CHANGELOG.md under the correct airac header. Perhaps take a look at other PRs or the video
