As per title, updates WIP area URL to UKCP (https://ukcp.vatsim.uk/api/smr-areas) from pack repository (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/VATSIM-UK/uk-controller-pack/refs/heads/main/.data/vSMR_WIP_areas.txt).
