curlの
--retry-all-errors引数はubuntu-20.04でだけ使えなかったっぽいことがわかったので無くしました。ちなみにこの引数はサーバー側が400エラーになったり500エラーになった場合でもリトライする仕組みです。
それ以外のエラーはちゃんとリトライされるはず。
