Program will require steam cookie to get prices. Follow these steps to get steam cookie -

Make sure you are logged in steam. In chrome go to settings->Advanced->Site settings->Cookies->See all cookies and site data. Search for steamcommunity.com. Look for steamLoginSecure and paste its content in console.

Download .csv file from with required settings https://steam.tools/cards. Paste it in directory and rename it game.csv.
