Deleted the python/valuecell/agents/sec_agent.py file, removing the SEC agent implementation. Added .idea/workspace.xml for IDE workspace configuration. Unignore .idea directory in .gitignore The .idea directory is now tracked by git, allowing JetBrains IDE project files to be included in version control. This change may help share IDE configurations among team members.
