The original repository this was forked from generated compile errors. I spent an afternoon figuring out why it didn't compile and fixed it, hurray! Here's a remastered version of the 0.6.1b release that was possible to build and produce an .exe from.
The .exe is a win32 release and is supposed to run directly without installation. It will start by prompting you for a *.mid file so make sure to have one ready when you try it out. And most important of all...
