Job Portal is a web-based application built to connect job seekers with employers, streamlining the process of job searching, applying, and recruitment.
Job seekers often face challenges finding relevant job opportunities quickly, while employers struggle to reach the right candidates efficiently. Traditional job platforms sometimes lack real-time interaction, personalized recommendations, and effective communication tools. This creates delays, missed opportunities, and increased dependency on multiple platforms.
The aim of the project is to create a user-friendly, interactive web application that bridges the gap between job seekers and employers. The platform intends to provide a seamless experience for posting jobs, searching and applying for positions, managing profiles, and facilitating communication between users—all in one place
