Keep your heart-rate within the bounds, and you'll stay in your selected Zone. Use it for the long, easy runs, or for the long, easy bike rides.
Zone-2: aerobic, low effort (long easy runs, recovery runs) Zone-3: aerobic, medium effort (general aerobic training)

What is Zone 2 Training?
- Zone 2 Training, or "low heart rate training", is a way to build up fitness, without being at a too strenuous pulse. It can be used as a great compliment to more intense training, and also in general for general fitness.
Where do I customize the Data Field?
- In the Connet-IQ App on your Mobile Device, navigate to Zone Training and click "Settings"
How do I install/use this field?
- Install the Data Field from the Connect IQ app
- Select an activity on your watch. (In detail: click on the top right button, choose an activity in the list, and click the top right button again).
- Hold the button on the middle-left side until Settings open
- Select "Run Settings" (or "[Activity] Settings" for other), this should be at the top, or at least in the list.
- Select "Data Screens" (at the top).
- Use Up/Down Buttons on your watch to scroll all the way down to the + symbol saying "Add new" once selected. Select "Add New". (Alternatively, select one of the existing layouts with multiple fields, and continue from 10.)
- Select "Custom Data"
- Select "Field 1 000" (the first option, at the top)
- Select ConnectIQ Fields
- Select Zone Training
