Documentation on setup and use of filaments_quantification

I am very interested in applying filaments_quantification to some microtubule image data. Do you have more detailed documentation or a user guide on how to prepare and run the analysis that you could share? I am a relatively new user of python code and any step-by-step procedure or additional notes you can provide would be a great help.
