Re-Console 0.8.0 Beta 12 for 1.20.1 and 1.21.1

Mod updates, return of Plastic and Halloween texture packs, addition of the City texture pack, more skin packs, settings fixes, and parity with Additive 1.30.0

Added City and Halloween texture packs

City is now out, with the return of Halloween and Plastic as well. All 3 packs added as Assorts in the Menu!

Added Legacy Skin Packs

This replaces the skin packs in Re-Console Resources, adding in many more packs.

Added Resolution Control 3

Allows you to set the render resolution of your game for better performance, whilst also letting you take bigger screenshots like Fabrishot! Press R to access it.

Fixed Nostalgic Tweaks and Iris keybind conflict
