I see no point for the duplicate menu components.
I'm pretty sure that mobile menu can use the same HTML as the desktop menu and only applies other different styles for mobile menu.

If I'm wrong then this issue can be ignored.

Maybe we shouldn't to it in the 1.0.0 milestone.
