This release includes

• An interactive dashboard for browsing results (requires live IFCB dashboard for plotting ROI positions)
• Two new and improved models trained on over 300k MVCO samples

Most users will only need the "d" model. The "i" model is provided for data from older instruments e.g., IFCB1 and IFCB5.

0.1 alpha

This alpha release provides training and inference code, as well as two trained models--one for new-style data (bins with filenames starting with "D") and one for old-style data (bins with filenames starting with "I"). These were trained on a randomly-selected subset of data from the IFCB deployment the Martha's Vineyard Coastal Observatory (MVCO) and should be suitable for anomaly detection for most IFCB deployments.

Most users will only need the "D" model. The "I" model primarily serves to assist with QA/QC on older deployments such as MVCO.
