I believe this paragraph of the K Anon Server doc was out of date, not updated for the decision to not do k-anon checks on the dailyUpdateUrl.

Hah yes, each W3C group has its own charter, which means its own opportunity for a company's lawyers to offer opinions on whether to accept its terms of engagement. |

Hey @michaelkleber I believe I have been admitted to the club, is this commit worthy of merging? I'm mostly curious about whether it's correct, if it is then I suppose the world knowing would be good but that is a 1b for me :) |
