Version compatible with Silverstripe 3.6.x

Google just updated the way of implementing Tag Manager in your web page.

If you want to import a Tag Manager Container, you now have to use {$AnalyticsCode} in the head, and set the no script tag after the body.

You can get the no script tag using this variable {$TagManagerNoScript}
