Purpose

The purpose of this project is to design and build a robotics arm that can be used to demonstrate how automation can be used to perform tasks that are potentially hazardous to humans, in order to free up human workers for other tasks.:

Objectives

• Design and build a robotics arm that is capable of performing a wide range of tasks, including tasks that are potentially hazardous to humans


• Make the arm easy for human operators to control, even if they have limited experience with robotics

Materials Used

•MG 966R Servo Motor
•SG 90 servo motor
• Arduino
•Bluetooth module
• Camera module

Description

The combination of Arduino, servo motor and Machine Learning has allowed us to create a robotic arm with limitless potential. Thanks to the versatility of Arduino and the accuracy of servo motors, the robotic arm can be used to perform complex tasks. Additionally, Machine Learning can be used to program the arm to perform more complex tasks such as object recognition, object manipulation, and more. This project has demonstrated how these three technologies can be combined to create powerful and useful robotic arms.

Currently it can run on three modules :

•It can mimick and can be contolled by hand gestures.
•Secondly,it can classify object using AI and decide the operation to perform.
•It can pick and place like any modern industrial robotic arm.
