This does a full review of the readme to ensure we are up-to-date with the latest integration.

  • Highlights the source phase more carefully and removes some outdated points.
  • Adds some new FAQ items including source phase, component model, import attributes and instantiate streaming.
  • Moves the implementation note that source phase can be implemented independently into the main proposal repo instead of the standard wasm spec readme

Resolves #80, #79.
