PCX files can have optional 256-colour palettes. They are 768 bytes (256 * 3 colours) from the end of the file, and if the palette exists, it is directly preceded by a marker with the magic value
0x0C.This PR extends the PCX pattern with both the palette itself (if present) and the marker.
