Adds a pattern for BYOND Resource Cache (
.rsc) files.Thanks to @alexkar598 for the work on https://github.com/alexkar598/rsc-tools/ which was essential in the development of this pattern.
That work is licensed under the MIT License, a free license compatible with GNU GPLv3.Permission has been granted for use.The test file contains only fully original work.
