v1.0, image_data_version introduced in Android

In this release, two new fields are introduced for Android.
"image_data_version" and "avoid_cache", it is important developers implement these fields properly and update the "image_data_version" when stickers are updated. This will ensure your app works well with WhatsApp Android app.
