  • Fixed 1914 Scenario
  • 1914 OOBs have been fixed for Brazil, China, Chile, Denmark, United Kingdom, German Empire, Russian Empire and Ottoman Empire
  • The Soviet Russia can now transfer its Capital to Moscow through a Decision, in the same way, Russian Empire (with a Marxist Government at its head) can do the same
  • Fixed some National Focuses
  • Added Christmas Truce Events for several countries
  • AI will no longer get stuck in endless naval researches
  • Air Attack for Interwar Fighter increased from 9.0 to 10.5
  • Air Defense for Interwar Fighter reduced from 8.0 to 7.6
  • Max Speed for Interwar Fighter increased from 330.0 km/h to 350.0 km/h
  • Added new Events
  • It's now possible to boost Land, Naval and Air Doctrines with Military Experience Points

  • Added an Aluminium ore in the Ivanovo Region (The first aluminium smelter in Russia was founded in 1885 by industrialist A. A. Novoveisky in the vicinity of the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius)
  • New Historical Focus for The Russian Empire to gain new Tungsten ore : Search Wolfram ore near Nerchinsk (to represent the Tungsten discovered in 1911-1912 in the Nerchinsk region)
  • Production Cost of 1918 Seaplane reduced from 19.00 to 18.50
  • Production Cost of 1912 Recon Airplane (Scout) reduced from 14.00 to 13.50
