Yeah that's a good idea - I've added a Discussions section which includes links to #core-editor, #outreach (as CBT is often discussed there) and I moved the link to the GH project board there too in 5dbf911.

This adds a "Repository Management" section to the contributing docs in CONTRIBUTING.md. It explains how contributors can gain write access to the repository, following similar guidelines to those used in the Gutenberg repo.
I've also added a link to the GitHub project board.
