Song Select
Default Song Select
This document explains the features of the Song Select file.
As of now, this file only supports the 16:9 aspect ratio.
This file has 2 Master Templates:
To edit the Song Select, double-click the "Open Master Template" layer's thumbnail, that will open the template and then you can start editing.
Song Select Master Template Layer
Once you finish working, you can save the template like any normal file and wait for the main file to update.
The Quick Sort and Group / Sort dropdown menus are located under Main > selection-mode > Main > GS & QS
Group / Sort and Quick Sorts
Same as the Song Select, the Mode Selection has a Master Template, located under Main > Mode Select Medium in the template.
Used to skin the top of the Song Select
Located under Main > Mode Select Small in the template.
This element is partially handled by its Master Template
Shown when selection-mode-over is clicked
Located under Main > Mode Select Medium in the template.
This element is handled by its Master Template
Pulses in the middle of the screen and in the Ranking Panel
Located under Mode Icons in the template.
Used as the bottom and part of the top of the Song Select
This element is handled by its Master Template
Used to skin the Mode, Mods, Random, and Options buttons. In Slate, these files are baked into the Song Select Master Template instead.
Appears when its respective selection button is hovered with the cursor
Located under Buttons Over in the template.
This image is used as the background on the beatmap difficulties shown in the Song Select carrousel
This is the texture for the particles that fly behind menu-button-background
Back button, can be overridden if an animation is present.
