In trying to understand the differences between Zynq7000 xvc server and ZynqMP xvc server (via mmap) I noticed that the code was essentially the same. The Zynq7000 allows the use of a scope and has a larger buffer (likely for stability), otherwise the code was identical. This PR is to try to align the code so future developers will
