Is circRNA.bed or gtf file only required bsj positions, or circRNA exon positions

I found public database like circAtlas whose downloadable bed files only contain bsj position, while the circRNA exon positions appear in the browser results that can not easily access locally and many circRNAs are lacking of circRNA exon positions actually.
