Adds new components and protoflux nodes for taking MIDI device input. These are in the Devices category.
Also adds a MIDI settings component which will be configurable in the Obsidian settings category of the dash the first time you use the MIDI input device component.
No MIDI output support yet
This comes with two new libraries which need to be copied over with the Project-Obsidian DLL.
