Kefir Tutorial

Welcome to the kefir tutorial! I advise you to start studying kefir with it, because all instructions for use here are united by narration and are closely related to each other, which will help you better understand kefir and the subtleties of working with it. The code will be posted on the github of kefir. I decided that it would be a small flask API. I do not consider it particularly important that the implementation of the flask application itself is literate, but if you have any suggestions for improvement, you can express them in a special discussion. The important thing here is to focus on the kefir itself, at work with it. So far, the API is at the design stage. After a sufficient understanding of the architecture and tasks of the project, the tutorial will be actively updated. I think it will come out pretty good :-)
