Adaptive Color Deconvolution (ACD)

This is an implementation of the color normalization for histological images based on the adaptive color deconvolution as described in our paper:

Requirements

• TensorFlow (1.3 or later)
• python 3.6
• numpy 1.14.0
• opencv-python 3.4.1
