You can download the latest distribution of the application here. You can download either one matches your device. Note that windows, and linux binaries are x86_64 (64 bit), and MacOS binaries are arm64 arch.

No installation is required, just extract the zip archive with your favourite utility software, and you'll find executable file inside.
