Six isolates carring blaNDM-5 of S enterica serovar 4,[5],12:i:- were obtained from two pediatric patients (A & B) in Zhongshan, Guangdong. Two isolates carring blaNDM-5 of S enterica serovar 4,[5],12:i:- were obtained from two pediatric patients (C & D) in Shenzhen, Guangdong.
All genomes were assigned as HC5_409430 according to cgMLST+HierCC scheme from Enterobase.
