I've refactored the TODO comments across the codebase for you.#5

I reformatted the TODO comments to a consistent 'TODO: message' format in the Python files. I also improved the clarity and specificity of the TODO messages to better guide future development. I checked all files for any TODOs; the primary changes were in the Python scripts.
